You name it — chances are we found it! At Trove, we feature a wide range of art disciplines, with one key rule: every object must tell a unique story. We’ve collaborated with exceptional ceramicists, glassblowers, and woodworkers from around the world, each with distinct styles and philosophies. Beyond these mediums, we’re excited to expand our collection to include less common disciplines, such as 3-D ceramic artists and papier-mâché creators. Stay tuned!
Absolutely, we love sharing our makers’ stories! At Trove, each maker has a dedicated page where you can learn more about their background, creative inspirations, and sometimes even their favorite music. If you're curious to know more, feel free to reach out.
Because each piece at Trove is one-of-a-kind and thoughtfully curated, we are unable to accept returns. However, if your object arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right. We appreciate your understanding and care in supporting handmade, artisanal work.
Shipping times vary depending on the item. For pieces that are in stock, we ship within 1–2 business days. For items marked as “processing,” shipping will take place as soon as the piece is ready — which may depend on the artist’s timeline.
As someone wise once said, “You can’t rush creativity.” Many of our objects require time to fire, cure, or finish properly. We’re confident our clients understand that they are purchasing art — and with that comes patience, care, and intention.
Shipping and handling costs vary greatly; this is dependent on the piece's size, fragility, maker location and destination. Like you, we want your piece to arrive safely.
Final shipping costs — including customs, crating, and handling, which are unknown at the time of purchcase — will be invoiced separately after weight, size, and destination are confirmed by the maker.
Yes, Trove offers a trade discount to architects, interior designers, and others in the industry. We’re proud to support the design community and make our collection more accessible to industry professionals. Trade Program
You can create an account by clicking the account icon at the top right corner of our homepage and following the sign-up steps. Once registered, you’ll be able to view order history, save favorite pieces, and manage your contact and shipping details.
Yes — many of our makers offer custom or made-to-order options. If you’re looking for a specific size, color, or material, please reach out to us at hello@troveobjectgallery.com, and we’ll be happy to explore possibilities with you and the artist.
Each piece is handcrafted and may require specific care. In general, we recommend gentle dusting and avoiding harsh chemicals or direct sunlight. If you have a question about a specific material, please feel free to contact us.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you need assistance, we’re here to help.
Yes — we ship worldwide and work with trusted couriers to ensure your pieces arrive safely. Since many of our objects are made-to-order, shipping costs and dates are calculated once your piece is ready to ship.

Each piece is photographed carefully to reflect its true appearance. However, since all of our objects are handcrafted, subtle variations in texture, shape, or color are part of their uniqueness. We believe that these differences are what make each and every piece one-of-a-kind.
