For over a decade, I served as Director of Communications at a leading Chicago architectural and interior design firm. During that time, I found myself increasingly drawn to sourcing special pieces for high-end projects. What I quickly uncovered was a surprising gap in the luxury design marketplace — it was difficult to find one-of-a-kind objects with true soul and story. Everything started to … although beautiful…look the same.
That realization — paired with my lifelong love of elegant, minimal, and authentic design — inspired me to create what I couldn’t find: a curated platform for extraordinary objects. I launched Trove Object Gallery to do just that — an online gallery of exceptional lighting and objects, sourced from makers around the world. From Turkey to Colombia, Portugal to Mexico, Poland to Japan, the artists I curate at Trove are each selected for their commitment to craftsmanship, originality, and timeless beauty.
At its heart, Trove is about honoring artistry — bringing the stories of these talented makers to new audiences, while helping designers, collectors, and individuals surround themselves with objects that hold meaning. I believe the pieces you live with should not only enhance your space, but enrich your life.
When I’m not scouting new talent for Trove, I’m a devoted mom of three (now grown!) children and a proud cavapoo owner. My family’s love of travel — and my personal belief in the power of meaningful objects — inspires me every day. In fact, my own collection began on my honeymoon, when my husband and I discovered a beautiful antique lamp in Monaco — a piece that still reminds me of the stories objects can hold.
Through Trove, my goal is simple: to help others experience that same sense of discovery, intention, and joy. Whether you are a designer sourcing for a project, or someone looking for that one piece that truly speaks to you — I know you’ll find something extraordinary here.
