8.5′′ Daisy Vase with 10 Cut Edges

Sale price$1,143
Color:Rosalin

"The vase bears Moser’s DNA. It has the same shape with edges that we’ve made in the glassworks since the turn of the last century. I used traditional colours that are nearly 100 years old. I lightened them and pushed them into a contemporary light,” says Jan Plecháč, designer and Art Director at Moser.

The elegant collection of crystal vases invokes the heritage of Moser. It’s a union of the past and present. Tradition with an innovative approach to the colours that play a magical game with rays of sunlight. Only a subtle amount of colour is used in the vases. The thin layer is nearly invisible in the crystal. The rosalin, beryl, or aquamarine are hardly noticeable, yet at times, they softly permeate through the entire vase.

About the Maker

Moser

One winter day in 1857, a talented engraver opened his own workshop in Karlsbad.
As time went on, the word of his exceptional works spread beyond the peaceful Czech town, and his creations gradually became sought after by royal families, statesmen and art collectors.
His vision, as well as his remarkable Craftsmanship, elevated glass art to an unprecedented level. Even after 160 years, we are true to his values. The legacy of our founder is apparent in every work of art that leaves Moser Glassworks. Respect to artistic tradition makes us a renowned producer of luxury crystal. That is why the moser brand is known and admired all around the world.
