Otono Pillow

Sale price$500
Color:Blanca
Size:

Exceptionally soft and silky, this cushion is hand-woven in looms by master weavers. Ancient techniques find a fresh new approach within these serene rural landscapes and combined, grant this textile a vibrant aura that projects beyond its materiality. It’s a unique piece handmade using pure hand-spun and non-dyed llama wool. These camelids are raised in the mountains, in the north of Argentina, at almost 4,000 meters above sea level, in a dreamy natural setting. In these remote valleys and slopes, only native farming communities live, and the llamas are raised following ancient herding techniques. Its texture is distinctly smooth. It captivates with its natural tones and overtones that juxtapose evoking the minerals and mountains of this unique region of Argentina.

The back of the cushion is made of 100% cotton with linen and features a bronze zipper.

Available in Blanca, Jaspeado, and Blanca.

Our collections are born in northern Argentina's Dry Forest and La Puna highlands, where nature inspires every step of our process.
We create bespoke, handmade rugs, curtains, quilts, throws, and pillows from the finest llama and sheep wool. Each piece celebrates texture through natural and hand-dyed tones, bringing warmth, elegance, and authenticity to your space.
Founded by mother-daughter duo Silvia and Rocío Noya in 2012, we collaborate with over 100 artisan families under fair trade principles, dedicated to advancing socio-economic development in the rural communities where we work.
