French artist Lætitia Jacquetton grew up in rural Burgundy, where early experiences in nature shaped her sensibility. Drawn to culture and design, she moved into fashion, working with leading designers and later as art director at Galeries Lafayette in Paris. Over time, she shifted away from the fast pace of fashion toward a more timeless, craft-focused practice.
Influenced by Japanese aesthetics and a deep connection to nature, Jacquetton discovered glassblowing in Okinawa—a turning point that led her to train in Murano, Italy. Now working between France and Italy, she creates minimalist glass pieces incorporating naturally sourced stones, reflecting her commitment to both craftsmanship and the environment.
