The Terraé collection is a tribute to the raw earth, to its grain, its soft and natural nuances. Carefully handcrafted, the pieces that make up this collection aim to bring singularity to everyday objects. Beige chamotte stoneware. Transparent glaze inside. Each piece is unique, wheel-thrown by hand, then re-shaped to obtain this organic shape. This is why each piece is different, and their sizes can slightly vary. Handmade in Provence.

The story of OMÉ begins in 2020, after I just ended my studies in creative direction that brought me from Canada to England. I decided to slow down and stay in the South of France, around nature. I joined the creation of an art gallery as a mother and daughter project that resonated like a desire to highlight the work of creators we admired. A fulfilling experience that made me meet amazing artists, craftsmen, and human beings.
This is when I started to develop a growing curiosity and interest for the art of ceramics. I decided to learn pottery professionally, during a year of weekly classes that explored wheel throwing and all the different and traditional techniques. I immediately wanted to put this know-how into practice, and for the service of my creation. I then shaped my first pieces and my universe.
I have now founded OMÉ STUDIOS and dedicates all my time to it.
