Lotus Vessel 120

Sale price$5,290

This sculptural work from the Midnight Garden Collection evokes the soft, expansive gesture of a petal mid-bloom. Its curves rise and flare with quiet strength, balancing elegance and tension in a silhouette that feels both grounded and otherworldly. The satin finish was chosen for its subtle ability to catch light— just enough to reveal the sculpted contours without disrupting the richness of the black surface. While not modelled after any single flower, the piece suggests the presence of something organic and alive, unfolding in stillness. It reflects the quiet strength and sculptural clarity that defines Beverly's practice. This satin-black form unfolds like a soft petal mid-bloom— elegant, poised, and alive with quiet tension.

About the Maker

Beverly Morrison

Beverly Morrison is a Los Angeles-based sculptor whose work embodies a deep reverence for nature, movement, and raw materiality. With over 20 years of expertise in clay, she creates sculptural works that evoke both tranquility and dynamism, drawing inspiration from organic forms, natural textures, and Eastern philosophies of imperfection.
Morrison’s process is a dialogue between material and maker, an intuitive "sculptural dance" where each piece develops its own presence. Her signature aesthetic—defined by expressive gestures, tactile surfaces, and evocative lines—seeks to capture fleeting moments of energy and contemplation. She meticulously crafts her own clay bodies, allowing her to form a personal connection with the medium from inception to completion. Her works, often described as Modern Day Relics, offer a meditation on time, earth, and impermanence, inviting viewers to engage in quiet reflection.
Morrison’s work has been featured in LUXE Interiors + Design, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House, and the Pasadena Showcase House. Her pieces are held in private and public collections across the globe and regularly appear in high-end interiors through her collaborations with the design trade.
